Individual
Psychotherapy
I will meet with you or your child in a one-on-one setting, either virtually or in person. Sessions last for 50 minutes each, and can be tailored to fit each client's needs. One client may determine a few sessions are best in order to address immediate concerns, while another may wish to participate over a longer period of time. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is the foundation of my practice. Together we will learn new coping skills, strengthen existing ones, and learn to manage thoughts and emotions in a safe and nurturing environment.
Teens
It is not uncommon for the high school years to be the most difficult period in one's life. Teenagers experience a myriad of issues, including depression, anxiety, family conflict, relationship problems, low self-esteem and other obstacles. Together we can create a plan to manage these issues and work towards a more enjoyable and productive adolescent experience.

About me
I have extensive experience working with adolescents as a full-time school counselor. As a therapist in the substance use field, I worked with clients presenting co-occurring disorders. I have treated clients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and generalized anxiety among others, as they simultaneously worked toward maintaining sobriety.
