Psychotherapy

I will meet with you or your child in a one-on-one setting, either virtually or in person. Sessions last for 50 minutes each, and can be tailored to the client's needs. One client may determine a few sessions are best in order to address immediate concerns, while another may wish to participate over a longer period of time. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is the foundation of my practice. Together we will learn new coping skills, strengthen existing ones, and learn to manage thoughts and emotions in a safe and nurturing environment.
